At Valeurs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Sale/clearance items (final sale)

  • Gift cards
